Delta College trustees have approved a one dollar increase on tuition for in-district students to $79.00 per credit hour beginning this fall. College spokesperson Lee Ann Govitz says the technology fee, which is also charged per credit hour, is also increasing from $6.50 to $7.90. Registration fees will remain at $30.00 dollars.

 

Govitz explained that the combined increases will amount to just under 2.8 percent. That will leave Delta students still eligible for the 2008.  Govitz says Delta officials believe tuition rates remain affordable and competitive with other institutions of higher education.
