State Police continue to investigate an accident between a car and bicycle involving a Bay City Police officer.  The bicyclist, 26-year-old John Watson IV died Thursday from head injuries suffered in the crash two weeks ago.

Watson's bike collided with the cruiser driven by Officer Eric Williams, near 19th and South Water Streets. Williams, a seven-year veteran, was responding to a call at the time. The Bay City officer is on administrative leave until the investigation is completed.
